-Controlling processes of manufacturing and installing industrial pipe systems to ensure technical and labor safety requirement.
-Making technology diagram and construction method for each pipeline.

-Presenting the principle of conveying gas, solvent, water in industrial pipes in high, middle and low pressure.

-Presentation of structure principles, scope of use of equipment in the pipe line system for installation.

-Studying standard for pipe, fitting tolerence accessories and catalogs.

- Disassembly, assembly, repair,adjust valves, pumps and fans.

Checking and adjusting the pipeline systems in the factory, detecting damage and setting up measures to handle technical incidents

-Restoring used technology piping system.
-Checking the specifications to serve the assembly, fabrication, repair of equipment, pipe fitting.

-Development of corrugated iron sheets and insulation.


 

The process of installing industrial pipe as below:
1. Design pipeline system according to current standards such as JIS, ASME, API. Correctly meet the requirements and purposes of the investor.
2. Making 3D techology drawings for the pipeline system of machinery and equipment according to the field reality..
3. Select materials, accessories, support systems that meet the above standard
4. Making the construction methods for each system, analyzing risks, techical requirements and labor safe
5. Construction of piping system according to agreed drawings and technical requirements.
6. Installation valves, pumps, fans,control devices,sensors and measuring devices on the pipeline.
7. Test and check connection points such as: welding joints, flange joints...
